Unfortunately, it is because society has put such a negative slant on homosexuality. Once our culture finally learns that being gay is not a bad thing and that it is normal, then maybe more people will be willing to come out of the closet and feel comfortable in their own skin. One can only hope.

why would you think that because you are gay, everyone else wants to be also. That's pretty ignorant. Yeah, there are a lot of closet cases and guys that are curious and dont act on it. From all my str8 friends though, I haven't found that to be the case. The are comfortable with their sexuality, have nothing against gays, but are attracted to women and nothing is going to change that. Maybe if you are more accepting you will find more exceptance.

I have a philosophy about gay, Str8, and bisexuals. I believe that about 80% of the world popualtion is in fact bisexual. There is a good 10% that are truly gay, and the other 10% are truly str8. So, I agree, WHEN WILL STR8 PEOPLE ADMIT THAT THEY ALSO LIKE THE OPPOSITE SEX?

Don't know where you get this observation from. If a person wants to be gay, they can be. The question should be how many gay people wish they were straight.

I am a bi curious straight married man. I would never admit to be gay. To me, gay is too feminine. I prefer manly men as myself. Maybe one day I will hookup but it has not happened yet.

real straight people don't want to be gay. there are gay people who try to live the straight live, but that doesn't make them straight. they talk the talk but they don't walk the walk.
additionally, your question is rather narrow minded. it's the same as asking when will gay people admit they want to be straight. we don't want to be straight and we don't assume that straight people want to be gay.
a better question would be to ask, "when will all people be able to be whoever they want to be without fearing repercussions from narrow minded ignorant self righteous jackasses

not all straight people do, but its obvious about a lot of them are curious about what all of the fuss is about. right now its kind of a fad to explore your sexuality.
