Hairspray removes ink off leather. But do not use on suede.

You could try rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab, but I'd test it in an inconspicuous place first. That is sure to remove any protective coating on the bag, so make sure you treat it with a leather conditioner afterwards.

Methylated Spirits remove INK& Grass Stains, wipe with cotton wool then rinse , use some of your own washing up liquid to freshen up rinse and dry well

i accidently put big pen marks on a suede couch and they came right out with a lot of careful rubbing and some water and a scrubbing thingy

Try hair spray. When I worked at Levi Strauss, they used hair spray to remove all types of ink, etc. and it works.
