I keep hearing that Bush has no control over anything so what good is he then .
Our national Cheerleader I guess .
The social conscience of all of America .
Every time someone says something about Bush or his kind it is never their fault .
So the growing debt the loss of good jobs the loss of american lives in war none of this has anything to do with Bush .

How much information do I need to provide for you to see that Bush is an Idiot .

I submit my budget to my family after gambling drugs and hookers there is a dollar left .
So is my family forced to go into debt because of me or is it their own fault .
Blaming the democrats or republicans for their greed is not the problem .
It is the crappy leader we have .

remember that every time GWB goes to Congress for war funds, that's not in the budget, it's emergency funds. emergency funds are not calculated into the deficit, only budgeted items. It al still becomes part of the debt but it looks so much better on paper his way.

No, the president does NOT submit the budget to congress, the National Accounting Office does. If you actually READ the article your linking to, its the Congress who is spending the money on garbage, not the president. Dolt.

The President is obligated by law to submit a budget annually to the Congress. It is up to the Congress to pass a budget into law. It is not an easy process but is best summed up by the saying, "The President proposes and the Congress disposes." ....of our money.
