They are probably dealing with reams of paperwork just like doctors, nurses and teachers whose time could be much better spent doing more important things.

cops are not as tough as they used to be...in my day they`d kick ten colours of fibre out of ya and shout "YOU`RE NICKED MY SON"....ahhh the good old days.
