its 3 years old so 1st mot it was on ithe scooter when i got it

It should pass. Shops aren't equipped to test exhaust gas levels or sound decibels. They don't even bother with exhaust pipes because they constantly sell loud aftermarket exhausts for motorcycles.

i doubt that it will pass ,as its not stamped ...
and yes they will also thest the emmisions too ,in the same way they do for a car
get a cheap second hand exhaust to put on just for the mot test to get it thru ,then put your scorpion back on after...
thats what most ppl do :)

i assume you have the original pipe. you need to make a note of the serial number stamped on it and give it to the mot people to write on ticket. Although not all stations will do this.
