Acoustic guitar. My brothers and my dad play, and I've always wanted to learn. I can sing! But I think it'd be more fun @ open mic night to have an instrument.
I know how to play "Smelly Cat" but that's about it! lol

This is a really good question. I would love to learn to play the violin/fiddle or the steel guitar. The beautiful, haunting sounds that come from these instruments really express the soul that I have. I also love the mandolin. If you can't tell, I am a bluegrass fan. There is just something in it that leaves my spirit yearning and peirces my soul.

Pink oboe??

No, no... the saxophone. I hate jazz but I love that mellow sax sound. Also, the harmonica, I've got a couple of those and can get some good sounds out of them, but wouldn't call it playing. Bone idle, see. They say that playing an instrument is 10% talent and 90% dedication, and no doubt 'they' are right - we could all do it if we could be a*sed to practise.

I play the piano when I am by myself alone in the house because I am so terrible. I wish I didn't have to be a closet piano player. I wish I had applied myself during the five years I had of piano lessons!

Piano. I took lessons at 6 years old and for many more years. I can still only plunk out tunes. I just don't have the talent that some do where it comes naturally. I'm envious of people who have that talent.

Although I play piano, oboe, guitar, vibes, and penny whistle, I would love to play the harmonica. Why, I just think it's cool.
