where can I buy deer meat in lake county In.?

Contact a meat processor. Some hunters drop off their deer but never pick it up. The meat processing place will sell you that unclaimed deer as if it were yours. But you have to buy the whole thing, not just certain cuts. At least, that's the law in NC.

There was a guy in Gary that used to sell exotic meat a long time ago, but I don't know if he's still there. I think there's a place over near Michigan City though.
