Rather use ASDA online, we had terrible service from Tesco online, so much so that If they were the only supermarket left on the planet, I would rather eat my own limbs.
1. They arrived at 11:15 at night.
2. I threw half of the products in the bin as they were past their sell-by date.
3. Many of the products varied from the actual ones I ordered.
4. The frozen goods had partially defrosted.
5. The delivery man was most rude and ordered me to help him offload the vehicle.
6. He also could not supply me with a receipt. normally you can return goods with the delivery man, in this case I couldn't check anything.
7. I am still waiting for a response to my e-mail.

Needless to say I would and have shopped at ASDA online, so far only good service. If they don't have your product on the shelves they substitute it with a more expensive brand and charge you the price of the item you ordered.

We placed an order on Friday and was quoted a sunday delivery which i thought was a little unusual, it didn't arrive with no phone call or explanation.

On Monday i get a phone call saying the delivery will be delayed 24hours, the girl said that was the only information she could give me, no reason why it was being delayed.

My big question to her was, "is it being delayed 24hours from the Sunday when it should have arrived (so delivery today as in Monday) or is it delayed 24 hours from today?" (being already a day late so that would be a Tuesday delivery, if you follow me).

And you guessed it, she couldn't tell me.

In fact, the very words "your order will be delayed 24hrs" was the only single sentance i could get out if her, so her not knowing when it was being delayed from meant that phoning me was a complete waste of time.

The next day the goods arrived, errrr, well actually what happened was someone opened my from door without knocking or pressing a bell and put the parcel in my house.
I heard the door open so went to investigate, i wasn't expecting a visitor and just saw the back of a van driving off.

For someone to open my door and just drop a parcel was very annoying, the goods were worth £40 and with being stuck in the house waiting for 2 days when you didn't even know if it was coming that day was a joke.

And don't think the 'parcel tracking' will help you out, that just said it was being delivered Sunday.

First and last time, i have better things to do than hang around the house for days and play guess the delivery date.

What a complete shambles.

Living in Branksome close to Tesco, I'd like to thank all the staff particularly the pharmacy for their help, kindness and consideration at all times. TESCO is one of the biggest and most famous supermarket chain store around the world. The supermarket supplies freshly produced goods, as well as dairy plus grocery goods to their consumers. It is the favorite place to shop because of the great prices, friendly service and brilliant range of products they offer. It's not just a job for them, they obviously care and do their best for all customers.

Well if your using it to buy your groceries then it's good but it can be hard to choose the time slot for the delivery as they get booked up pretty fast and you have to pay more for delivery on popular nights such as wednesday and friday. On the good hand it is quick once you have done one order it saves all your order to favourites so next time you just look in your favourites and click the things you want and look for anything extra not in your favourites saving you time.

If you mean non-grocery items then I'd say the pros are the products are reasonably priced, the cons are that the delivery price is very expensive about £4.00 and the delivery is quite slow to arrive.
