There is no website I know of really..... to make it into a background you simply take ANY picture into your picture modifing program like photoshop or Paint.... whatever you have on your omputer then you change it how you want it then you upload it into the background section on myspace editing.... and if you cant or dont want it uploaded there but still want to use the pic there you can upload the pick to www.photobucket.com and add the link to myspace
