There are several good topics for a project about World War I. Since it isn't due until tomorrow, you should be able to get it done tonight.

I have included a helpful link in the "source" box. As far as I know, this website contains lots of valid information on World War I. If you have time, you should also go to the library and check out some actual books to use as sources.

You could talk about Poison Gas, Trench Warfare, Various Commanders, or even all the Poetry written about WWI.

Best of luck.

1. Eddie Rickenbacher - a pilot in WWI
2. The flu epidemic of 1919 - how it came to be spread worldwide during WWI by hitting military bases. The people at the bases would then be deployed somewhere & take the flu with them.

World War I was the first time that poison gas, mainly clorine, was used in warfare. Why not discuss the use of the gas, its affects on the soldiers, and why its use was outlawed after the war.

I would do it on the causes of WW1. It's very interesting and you can talk about Social Darwinism which is a topic all in itself.
