I am suppose to plan a very large community style Halloween costume party for next Halloween. Does anyone know of a site that might have ideas and lists of to-do things that would give me an idea of cost and what kind of organization I need to do in advance?

I really need more information. Is this a house party? Held in a hall? Are you making the decorations to make the site look like a haunted house. Are you doing this your self? Will you have a committee to help? Is it a fundraiser. One night party. How many people are expected and what is the age group? I can give you a site to look at, to give you some ideas.
