What color socks should you be wearing ? navy blue or black ?

generally it would the color of your slacks/shoes, but since they are two neutrals that are not the same, I'd go with navy blue. Maybe that or look for a pair of real dark midnight blue socks, they tend to look almost black anyways and that would be the happy medium. Just make sure the if you go with a navy blue that, this it isn't lighter then the slacks?

i would never wear black shoes with navy pants. I would be more apt to wear brown or navy shoes. socks would be the same, navy or brown. depending entirely on the top I would wear with it.
