It depends. If it is something I can make a difference by interjecting my opinion then I most certainly do. If someones health or safety is at issue, or if someone is being picked on, I wouldn't hesitate.

i usually write it out in my journal, then really analyze my feelings about the situation from what i put in the journal. most of the time it is really childish and i can put it behind me but if it still makes me upset i get advice from my closest relative that is older and may have been there with that type of anger and frustration before. then i evaluate some more, go out to the beach at sunset and realize that, that situation didnt kill me and i have survived another day and the bonus is watching the beautiful sunset:) no place for sunset? listen to your fave slow song about love it always helps!

when i feel upset , i hide it if i dont want ppl to know im upset & react as if nothing happened
when i feel angry , i keep it for a while inside & let it comeout in a quiet polite way , but i never leave my right to be angry with someone or something

Usually, not well. I think it's a mix of both. Particularly in these times. No one's exempt. Unless of course they are on some chemical substance which seems prevalent.

Make a calm assessment, and then take judicious action to diffuse the situation...I generally succeed.
