I had the same problem before, even though I would be considered "top heavy". I finally realized that the problem was I was wearing the wrong bra size. (Don't feel bad if you are wearing the wrong size, too; they say that most women don't wear the correct size.) You should try getting measured to find out your accurate size. (Victoria's Secret will measure you for free.) Also, once you get a bra that is your size, make sure that the straps are tight enough that they don't fall off your shoulder, but not so tight that they are leaving impression marks on your shoulders. Racer back bras are comfortable, and the straps will not fall off your shoulders.

It's because the back of the bra straps are sewn a bit too much to the outside of the bra, instead of near the bra hooks.
If you want to fix this problem, just get a piece of ribbon tape, and pin it to the back of both straps, about half-way up the back. They won't fall down again.

Either the straps are loose and you need to adjust them or the way you are built will make them fall off- try wearing a racer-back bra- that will eliminate the problem for good.

Two reasons:
First its the wrong Bra! - It is very important to get fitted ....
Second its not adjusted - One should take the time and adjust all the Bras...make sure it not loose (otherwise the slipping is bound to happen) or too tight ( the strap dig reallllllllyyyy) hurts !)
I recommend to go get fitted asap...thats one of the best things a girl can do for herself!

if they are falling down, your bra is not correctly fitting you. it means that your band is riding up in the back and that you need a smaller band size. You also need to adjust your straps...they might be too loose. Check out fit tips attached.

it isn't really a case of a top being heavy it is whether or not if the strap has been adjusted so it will sit straight. if the bra strap doesn't sit straight it is because it is loose.

Mine personally fall down because I have a wonky shoulder. They will probably just be too loose . The top thing I dont know maybe it has ridges in the material that keep them in place.

1. You need to tighten the straps.
2. The elastic has gone.
