yes by using the good old fashioned bar soap , soak your shirt in cold water then rub the soap into the stains . leave free from the water say 1/2 hr or so . then rinse in cold water add more soap , and straight to the washing machine on a 40ºc . Now hang your shirt outside in the sun as the sun will bleach the stain out the natural way and also leave your shirt whiter than white

I read in a magazine that you can use vinegar to remove the stains. I believe you have to heat up a small amt of vinegar in the microwave, etc. and then pour it on the stain, rub it in and let it sit for a few minutes. Then you wash it in the washer machine. I tried it once and it didn't completely remove it, but I did notice that the stain wasn't as dark anymore.
