call the credit card company--they will ask you some security protectin questions and thne should give you your pin number

You cannot. Your PIN is supposed to be known only by you.
On a credit card if you were not asked to set up one when you got the card or one was not sent to you after you got the card then you have to contact your credit card issuer.

you must have stolen it, otherwise you would be smart enough to know you can go into the branch and get it there by showing I.D.
AND you already called the branch's hotline and they told you that for SECURITY reasons you can't get your pin over the phone.
