How about arresting George Bush ******** Jnr for kicking off a war only the Yankee Industrial Military complex wanted ?
Or arresting Tony Buttkisser Blair for dragging Britain into a Yankee made problem that the British want nothing to do with ?
How about arresting Bush and Blair for the murder of Muslim children in order to secure oil/construction/arms contracts for largely Yankee companies ? Haliburton ?
Why is it westerners are to ready to blame anybody who is not western for anything and everything ?

The UN doesn't have any arrest or law enforcement powers.
The UN is only a group negotiation/mediation club. Any response would need to be taken by individual member nations.
