I'm now sure of the laws in UK but shouldn't be much different than this... if the photo is that old, who is still alive to prosecute you for copping the photo?

i can only recall once that a guy used to take old roofing slate off me that was waste and he used to put pictures of american indians on them......i asked why dont you do other people and he replied.........untill that person is dead for so many years you cant .....maybe this applies to your question
