There's no common factor, so jump right to factoring into two binomials:

(4x +5 )(2x -1)

(2*x - 1) * (4*x + 5) is the complete factorization
upon expansion, this leads to
2*x*4*x +10*x - 4*x - 5
rearranging and combining like terms leads to the original
8*x^2 + 6*x - 5
