Yes, it's been well-documented- you can find it in most books that address animal sexuality. Several individual animals of different species (i.e. penguins and sheep, I believe) have been shown to be exclusively homosexual throughout their lives, only mating with the same sex, and many, many more species have been documented as engaging in occasional homosexual activity (but lots of heterosexual ones, too)- monkeys, particularly chimps, koalas, and others, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes in the binobo chimps and humbolt penguins at the very least. Both of these species have well documented bisexualtiy too!
