(I'm not giving you the best of direct answers, but...) If you can finagle a look at consumerreports.com, they keep saying juno is the best, and on down the line...If you look at PC Magazine and search around, I have found them very reliable as per ratings, and you may find a rating of ISPs which includes words about "demon"

Also check out eopinions.com
