I'm thinking tissue paper and streamers would be more appropriate for the workplace. An art project using TP & T sounds a little gross - lol.

I vote for the more conventional of the two: Tissue paper and streamers.
Side note: Tampons are just not funny

Use colored TP and then use the miscellaneous leftovers that are in the supply cabinet. You know, random paperclips, old post-it notepads, pens that don't work, that sort of thing.
