Who's your favorite singer on American Idol?

I like Blake Lewis the most, but I liked Chris Sligh but he got voted out.

I absolutely HATE Sanjaya Malakar. I liked him in hollywood week but then he went crazy with his hair and hes not singing like he did in his audition. And to all you people who think hes good-looking, you need to open your eyes. =(

For the girls, I like Jordin Sparks, Melinda, and LaKisha.
I think Haley should have been gone a long time ago. Shes got the looks but she cant sing.
My favorite female singer would be Melinda.

Over all, my favorite is Blake Lewis. What about you guys?

I like Blake for the guys with Chris Richardson second and Melinda for the girls with Jodin second. I can't stand Sanjaya either, I get what you are saying about the good looking thing, I'm not seeing it and why do so many girls like him since he is so totally gay, not that there is anything wrong with that but it's quite clear HE IS GAY so I can't understand why a girl would be attracted to him. I don't agree with you on Chris Sligh, he kinda sucked and I'm glad he's gone he has a lisp and once again nothing wrong with that but a professional singer with a lisp is a little far fetched. I hope Blake and Melinda are the bottom two.

Chris had the same problem every week. I liked his character and smooth voice but I was beginning to think he wasn't feeling the music because he was always ahead of the beat.

can i just say who i hate?
among the remaining, i think haley should go home as well as sanjaya. please stop torturing america. and the rest of america: this is a singing contest not a popularity contest or a beauty contest.

I think Phil, Lakisha and the Justin guy should really strengthen their performances. They are good but there is no growth, they are becoming pretty predictable.

Jordin is good for her age although I still can't figure out her real sound. She is putting up a good competition. She could make it if she really chose her songs well and executed them properly, she has a tendency to over sing sometimes.

Blake is good too but he is kinda pitchy, his sound is very refreshing and current. He has to be careful with the choice of song too. he could make it to top 3.

Gina is trying to put up the fight but personally I don't like her. Even if she rocks out I still think she is kinda week. I almost forgot about her. In my heart of hearts I am getting the vibe that she really isn't a rocker chic. I dunno. I just can't get her.

Melinda all the way! she is so soulful and is really seasoned for the pros. I hope she wins.

I like Melinda. She's by far the best singer, plus she's modest about it.

I also like Lakisha, Jordin and Blake.

Sanjaya and Hailey need to go soon.

The rest of them are so-so.

Yeah I like Blake too but I also like Chris Richardson. For the girls I like Melinda no doubt.

But no matter how many votes we put in for Blake or Melinda that damn Senjaya is going to win bc of sites like votefortheworst.com and all. There are people out there trying to make a mockery of the show so I dont see it staying on for very long as long as this stuff is going on. People who have no lives gotta go out and ruin everything.
