We lost our 3-wheeler key and I'm not sure what to do next. We could replace the ignition but I'm wondering if I call the dealership with the serial number if they would be able to make a key for me? It's a 1986 Honda Big Red.

I bought a used motorcycle without keys, the local dealership made me a new key for a couple of dollars, with # off top of ignition switch. The same # was on locks for gastank and tool box. It's lot easier than I was told and cheaper. Good luck.

It'll be less of a hassel to just buy a new ignition switch $45.

just unplug the switch, see if it starts, if not just wire the switch open and use the kill switch to turn it on and off.
