That shouldn't be so hard. Just replace words with numbers, and get:
2 behind 6, 5 and 1.
4 behind 1 and in front of 8, 3 and 7.
1 in front of 2, 4 and 3.
8 behind 3, 0 and 5
6 behind 5 and in front of 8, 7 and 0.
3 in front of 7 and 2.
7 behind 8, 6 and 4.
5 in front of 1, 8 and 4.
0 behind 5 and in front of 3, 7 and 4.
8 behinnd 2 and 1.
1 in front of 6 and 7.
3 behind 6, 5 and 0.

Then you rearrange the numbers as instructed. An order that works is: 516043287.

I would interpret that to mean N52 5.160 W106 43.287.
Near the river south of Saskatoon.
