There are probably dozens, if not hundreds of specific phrases or provisions, out of the tens of thousands of laws that exist. Until they actually come up and are enforced, we don't know.

And that just applies to statutes that are unconstitutional on their face (by the plain text). Many more might be valid as written, but unconstitutional as applied. For example, a statute that makes a certain type of behavior illegal, but is only ever enforced against members of one race -- that's unconstitutional as applied.

As far as examples -- the Military Commissions Act of 2006, which strips all 6th Amendment Constitutional protections and removes the right of Habeas Corpus from individuals in US Custody. The Supreme Court ruled in 2004 and 2006 (prior to enactment) that such actions were not allowed. But the Republican-controlled Congress passed the law anyway.

Many provisions of the MCA have not yet been challenged, despite their being obviously unconstitutional because they directly conflict with the plain text of the Constitution.

Paris, Texas
Yesterday over the internet, I read an article about a fourteen year old (black female), being sentenced up to seven years in juvenile prison until she's twenty-one for shoving a teachers aid (white). The same judge that sentenced her gave a fourteen year old (white female) probation for burning down the family house and a 18 year old (white male) probation for negligent homicide of a black woman and her grandson. Only in America (huh) that this injustice of the black race continues and in plain view. Wow, I'm outraged as are other folk. This is one reason why I fight so hard for my children and try hard to teach them right from wrong and will go after the law with the law to stop the cycle. Whether this is going unchallenged on not it's unconstitutional and something really need to be done to stop the madness there like yesterday.
