Assuming you're using some flavor of Windows, and without any more details, I would guess that the document or a link to the document is in one of two Startup folders - either yours or the "all users" profile.

To check, go to "Start - Programs - "Startup". Check to see if there is a link to your document there. You can either delete the link, or, if you're not sure if you want to delete it, then you can right-click on the Startup folder and select "Explore" to bring up Windows Explorer. This will allow you to move it someplace else.

Try this...

Click on start then Run. Type in "msconfig" and Startup. Look for the document and unselect it. Then click ok and restart your computer.
