First off, its going to depend on the labor rate at the shop. What kind of clutch assy they are using. Are they resurfacing the flywheel? Changing the pilot bearing?
I work in a transmission shop and I looked up the labor here and you would be looking at $740 in labor ( assuming this is a 3.0 and not a all wheel drive eclipse) with resurfacing the flywheel. I'm guessing the clutch assy would be around 2-300.
See what all is included in the labor, check the warranty and most definitely- have work done at a reputable shop!

call local parts stores. here are a few good ones ive used in the past: auto zone advanced auto pep boys napa etc. just do some comparative shopping and youll get a rough price range for a guide . as far as labor that can be as cheap as 100-300+ depending on how hard a job it is and where you get it done. ive had clutches changed before .ive owned between 100- 200 cars.

you can do it yourself for about $100, most of the labor charge is to take the transmission out and put it back in. a new clutch will only cost you about 100-150 bucks

well, only do it if you have some experiance, its not hard but you will need typical wrenches and a breaker bar to take off the jv joints
