I came home from a psychiatric hospital that I spent a week in to get my medicines straightened out and when I came home he bolt locked me out of my home and I had to climb through the window to get in and he hid all the vehicles so I can't get my medicines on time or see my doctor/doctors. Does he have a "legal" right to do this? Does he have a legal right to try removing me from my home although my name is on the deed? Only his name is on the mortgage, but both our names are on the deed to this house. Thank you for all responses.

NO, he would have to go to court. You have the right to continue living there until one of two things happen.
1) You sell it
2) He buys you out.

Even though he is the only one paying the mortgage, he has to give you half the value of the property

No he cannot do this. You have every right to that house as he does. He sounds like a person that will tell you lies to use to his own advantage. My advice, do not believe a word of what he says til you can have it verified. You should sue him for the things he did. And you can!!

Legally he can't do this unless he buys you out. This is the only way.

No he can't, and if he continues to try, you need to get a restraining order on him.
