I will say a centrist with some liberal leanings. If he can get an endorsement as he did in 2004 from the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police because they said even though he they might not have agreed with all of his stances on guns but could respect him because he did what he could to protect them, and provide compromises that both liberals and conservaties coule live with, then he can't be all that bad
