Unions are happy that people will have no choice but to pay higher prices. They are not interested in the fact that literally millions of New Yorkers would be thrilled to have the opportunity to shop at Wal Mart if they so desired. The far left loves the idea of choice, unless that choice is different than theirs.

Greenspan attributed Wal-mart as notable reason for the low rate of inflation over the last economic cycle. I'm not wealth, and have a family to support. Thank goodness for Wal-Marts low prices.

How is shopping at Wal Mart exercising "choice" really? And Wal Mart already has more than their share of stores all over the U.S., leave us New Yorkers alone.

Wal*Mart is evil in SO many ways. People would sell their souls just to save a buck and by shopping at Wal*Mart, that's pretty much what you're doing.

I was all for Wal Mart... until recently... I live in Arkansas (even more reason to be pro-Wal Mart) ... and I can say for a fact that recently they were calling State Representative and asking them "What can we do to help you change your mind on this bill"... that's more than a little sketchy in my opinion.

Good for them. If you look at what Walmart does to both its employees and the local economy, you would see their company is not good for America or Americans.
