Lots of things! You can dig a trench around flowerbeds and use the brick as eding. If you have enough, you can stand it so the corner is up and it makes a pretty border. You didn't say how much brick you have left, but a nice flower bed in the front yard would be great, or to be different, use the brick to make a mailbox post. That would match your house and fortify your mailbox so be safe from vandalism or accidents that tear up the box. If you don't have a street side mailbox, why not make a "cover" for your trashcan....

I would take the extra brick and build a pillar for my mailbox so it looked like part of the house

i hope you have alot as you can get very creative with extra bricks! use them for paths or small meadering walkways thru your flowers just bury them at ground level and place 1/2 an inch apart. turn the bricks on their sides and make boarders to seperate lawn from garden or daylilies from hostas get out there and get creative ! make crop circles out of the bricks with flowers inbetween the rows .

That depends entirely on how MUCH brick you have. Probably a flower border, though. Although a walkway, patio, BBQ grille, or sundial stand might be nice, too...

you can use the brick to make a waterfall as a decorative piece in your garden. It will make it look a lot cooler

Have it engraved and highlighted with black paint with your house number. Place it in the front corner facing the street.
