Any time you take infertility drugs you run the risk of multiples. Go to www.webmd.com and read up on the drug. You will a lot about side effects etc. about the drug.

About 10% of women who use clomid to get pregnant have multiples and they are typically twins.

The use of the fertility drug Clomid increases your chance of having twins to 8 per 100, triplets to approximately 0.5 per 100, and quadruplets to 0.3 per 100.

Clomid does increase your chance of multiples by 10 %. With that dosage, it is possible.
