I just got accepted to UCI and UCD(for Biology) but got rejected at UCSD. I noticed that UCSD I did not declare my major. Do you this plays a role in admission. Could this be partly why I was rejected or not at all?

first of all, CONGRATULIONS!!! i know it must be hard to get accepted as a bio major at those schools, for it is one of most impacted majors EVAR. i think it does play a role in admission.. they have limited amount of seats, and the major you choose could broaden or narrow your chances.. like if you chose a major thats not very popular, then you would hav a better chance of getting in than someone who applied as a bio major. depends on which of the six colleges of UCSD you applied to. John Muir? Eleanor Roosevelt?

It became undeclared! and those who imagine it truly is only legal semantics do not count number number do not really see the large photo. on the conflict field and interior the skies it became fought like a warfare yet President Johnson constrained approaches to a "Police action" pushing the NVA back by the seventeenth parallel. A complication-free stalemate for years. they could invade and us of a could push them back into the north. After the questionable "Tolkien bay" incident handed off, Johnson escalated the warfare yet needed congressional approval. a suitable statement of warfare antagonistic to the NV could have Congress and the familiar public searching ahead to an complete scale invasion and a short victory taking the total warfare to the heart of Hanoi. The conflict already became unpopular with individuals and Johnson's did not opt for the mess of a real warfare on his palms and a achieveable disagreement with the %. So he requested congress to bypass the "Tonkin Gulf determination" which allowed Johnson warfare powers. really a sparkling verify to habit the conflict as he talked about in fantastic condition without the expectancies of an complete blown warfare. for sure his plan only made issues worse.
