Reynolds Wrap. Accept no subsitutes. And don't listen to the other tools responding to your question, who tell you brand doesn't matter. You'd have to wrap three times the amount of foil around your head with that "bargain-brand" junk than you would with the good ol' trusty Reynolds brand that's been keeping my brain safe and alien-free for over forty years.

Good luck, work hard, and stay away from drugs. Ooh, guess I'm too late for that last part. Sorry.

You can't use just any foil. You need special alien protection foil. It is very special and hard to manufacture, so it is really expensive. Only secret government agencies can get it, but I have smuggled a supply out of the government office where I work and am willing to sell it to you for only $100 a square foot. Contact me off list.

Please, use only Alien made Aluminum Foil made in outer space. It is the only one that is guaranteed to protect you from the Alien Radio Waves.

The brand doesn't matter. But it is very important that you use plastic wrap between the foil and your head. If you do not the foil just becomes a large antenna amplifying the aliens' controlling beams.

Get the heaviest gauge they have at the store. And don't forget to rub a palm full of olive oil on your head before you apply it. If nothing else, your hair will be in beautiful condition.

Hmmm...this is always a tough one. First I would not recommend any "Shoppers Brand"; chintzy and easily ripped. I guess I'd have to go with the ol' standby Reynold's Wrap.
Best of luck to you!!!
