If your company offers it, get an ergonomic assessment. There could be a reason that your posture is bad, like, is the keyboard in the right place? Do you need a small stool for your feet to keep your legs in the right position? Is your mouse in the right place? Do you need a trackball instead? Remember to keep your shoulders back.

I think it sometimes TAKES "to be reminded"... in a strange way You~ BY ASKING THIS QUESTION "reminded me".
And so now I am attempting to stand up straighter to hold this more up right-typing pose.

My mother would always say something about such when I was a kid, it's one of the things that I value which she always tries to "signal" out to me on the level of...

a chair where both feet comfortably touch the ground and slide your bottom all the way to the back of the chair ...and tape a ruler to your back.......heeheee
