he whines about everything. which gets on everyones nerves. so My question is if I punch his lights out do you think they will give me a parade or fire me?

Well, as much as all your co-workers would cheer you and perhaps give you a parade, your boss would fire you because it's hard to retain an employee who has assault charges against them. Take a walk and cool down and you'll see that it's really not important and let whiny man get a bad review and then he'll get fired.

conspire with your co workers and turn the tables on him, whine about everything to him at every opportunity, he will soon tire of it and either stop it or avoid you all, all together, dont put your job on the line, its not worth it
