I had a dream that all of my teeth were falling out!?

What could this mean?They say every dream means something.This dream was so real.All of my teeth were just comeing right out and it was terrifying.

I've had similar dreams. Perhaps we're trying to talk in our sleep, but our "sleeping paralysis" keeps us from speaking, and the inability is fed back into our dreams as a plausible physical manifestation that prevents the speech.

There could be other reasons, but I doubt it's anything to worry about.

I used to have those dreams too. I now find that whenever I am stressed I have them, and what my husband says is that I am grinding my teeth in my sleep. It is pretty terrifying having that dream because nothing you do in your dream helps stop them from falling out! You just keep spitting them out and spitting them out. Next thing you know you have a hand full. Sick.
