ummm... your pastor needs to read his bible a little more. He missed: "judge not, lest you be judged."

Absolutely not. My late grandmother was a liberal and walked with the Lord for almost 93 years. Her neighbors still fondly remember her selfless service to her community. She and I voted different candidates most of the time, but we respected each other's opposing views.
We both need conservatives and liberals to run the society. Difference in political view should not be used to judge one' moral character.

Do you think God really cares whether you're liberal OR conservative? I hesitate to make this statement, (because I believe the Lord's Kingdom/Government holds more importance than our poor, Earthly imitation) but Jesus could branded EITHER label (conservative/liberal) depending on what you cite from scripture.

You're pastor isn't very bright. First he's making a judgment (not his job), and second, he's making a huge generalization. Religion and politics should never mix.

As a conservative, I would say that is quite a blanket statement that can only stir up resentment, not to mention that's it's absolutely untrue.
