I REALLY hate it when another driver thinks he/she is the only person on the planet.
Example: They stop three car lengths behind a car at a stop light making it so you cannot get into a turn lane. You miss the turn lane light and have to wait for it to cycle through again.
There should be a "common sense driving test" that people should pass before getting their licenses.

Drive slowly in the left hand lane on the interstate all the way to their destination and refuse to get over. I also hate people who ride your bumper. I commute to work everyday, so both of these really tick me off.

Talk on phone, don't indicate, pull out in front on a roundabout, go REALLY slow, stop suddenly,put their fog light on for no reason, open their door into the road when parked, drive really close behind you when you can even go anywhere... I could go on.

I really hate it when other drivers are half - way through a turn before using their turn signal .

do 50mph in a no passing zone and speed up to 65 in a passing zone. What's up with that? Also, people with "abortion kills" bumper stickers on their cars that let their own kids jump all over the place while going 65mph down the highway!!!!

get road-head, and i pull them over to get a piece of the action, but then they tell me to "F off", so i have to bust out my 9 and put a cap in both of them, after which i have to dispose of the corpses, and i get my hands dirty, so i go to the store to get some soap but they're out, so i just urinate on my hands to rinse them off instead -- and so for the rest of the day my hands smell like PISS!!!! I HATE THAT!!
