I wouldnt worry about it. You have muscles on top of the uterus, which is one big muscle, and then the baby is in a sack of water to protect it from things like this. You muscles clench up in anticipation of the puppy, and end up sore from the impact.
As long as you dont have any serious pain, bleeding, or cramps that dont stop you have nothing to worry about.
We have a great dane, 160+ pounds, the genius sat on my belly a few times while I was pregnant. VERY painful. But it certainly didnt hurt anything.

So long as there isn't any cramping or spotting, you're probably fine. My twins are constantly jumping on my belly when I lay down. The baby is pretty well cushioned in there. My inlaws have a boxer who is notorious for jumping as well. We're trying to break her of that habit. Best of luck.

no, i wouldnt be worried.....
your baby is tucked away nice and tight in there. Unless it still hurt then i wouldnt worry about it. My dog jumped on my stomach and it hurt for a while but everything was fine the next day. I just lay on the couch now with a pillow over my stomach, cause even though baby is fine it freaked me out and hurt.... everything is fine im sure.

I was about 34 weeks pregnant and my dog try to run away when I went to run after him--i slipped and fell right on my stomach--It hurt and I had scratches on it--that was a Sunday afternoon so first thing Monday morning i called my mid-wife who wanted to have me in for a stress test just to be safe(everything was fine)--but your are probably fine because its amazing what a safe place our bodies are for baby!! She said next time I should call her right away, so just call your Dr. and speak to the nurse better safe than sorry.

As long as you have no cramping or bleeding things should be fine.
The baby is very protected with amniotic fluid and layers of fat around your tummy. The uterus it self has a very thick layering system.
Her is a good site to relax and make you giggle a little.
