I had a period March 18th and was off March 23rd. We have been trying for a baby for about a week now every single day. Last night I noticed VERY light cramping no bleeding or anything just light cramping. What could this be from? People told me I could be pregnant but I wasn't to sure because it's early but is it possible?

Hi,
I have had this, you can get crampps and a small bleed at ovulation when the egg is released. i used to worry like mad and asked the Dr several times but its normal!
you can also get shorter period lengths...Mine got a lot shorter after the birth of a baby, but this doesnt sound like what is happening to you. my shortest ever period was 17 days, but i have heard of 14 and again it IS normal....
try not to worry and loads of luck!!

Some people experience light cramping and/or bleeding during ovulation. Women usually do this around 2 weeks after their last period started. So you might be ovulating around April 1. If you are trying to get pregnant then you better get busy.

Ovulation can cause pain in some women. It is still pretty early and I dont know if it could be possible. If you are worried you could get a test from the dollar store for a 1.00 and they work really well. For further questions about ovulating or such they have ovuation tests for 1.00 too.

It could be related to pregnancy or it could also be PMS symptoms. As far a ovulation, every woman is different when it comes to that. I have read that if you chart your CM (cervical mucus), BBT (basal body temp) that you have a better chance of knowing when ovulation has occurred for you. I would suggest that you do a web search on CM & BBT and learn how to check that. Hope this helps! Good luck. :)
