HI! Beautiful! here's a clean and sweet joke: As a senior citizen was driving down the freeway, his car phone rang. Answering, he heard his wife's voice urgently warning him, "Herman, I just heard on the news that there's a car going the wrong way on Interstate 77. Please be careful!" "Heck," said Herman, "It's not just one car Anne, It's hundreds of them!"

Remember the words of Monty Python from The Holy Grail song - Always look on the bright side of life.... da dum da da da dum....

Just remember it takes less muscle movement and thus less energy to smile than frown.

Go look in the mirror and smile at yourself and put on some happy music.

Have yourself a cuppa (T or Coffee) and one slice of cake (two will make you fat). Go for a walk in the sunshine and listen to the sounds of nature. Remember no matter how bad you feel there is someone somewhere who feels worse.

Are you alive and healthy and have food in your cupboard? Then be thankful and think of all the starving people in the world who have neither shelter nor food, job nor money. Be glad you don't live in Sth. Africa where petrol costs $9,000 a litre - yes Nine Thousand bucks for one lousy litre!

Hi Sharon! Don't worry, tomorrow's another day. Things will get better. Whenever I'm feeling down I think about people in the world who are a lot worse off than I am. Look at everything that's GOOD in your life. Make a list w/ 2 columns... good and bad. Write down everything that comes to mind under the appropriate coumn. When you're finished, study it and think about what you can do to change those BAD things. If you can't change them, decide if they're really worth thinking about. Chances are, they're not! We all have bad days. You'll get through this one! Hope I helped...take care.

Hi! I'm sorry that you're having a rough day. I know a little too well what those are like. I found a joke, and I hope it makes you giggle... to say the least. Ready? Here we go.....

One Sunday morning, a priest wakes up and decides to go golfing. He calls his boss and says that he feels very sick, and won't be able to go to work. Way up in heaven, Saint Peter sees all this and asks God, ''Are you really going to let him get away with this?'' ''No, I guess not,'' says God.
The priest drives about five to six hours away, so he doesn't bump into anyone he knows. The golf course is empty when he gets there. So he takes his first swing, drives the ball 495 yards away and gets a hole in one. Saint Peter watches in disbelief and asks, '' Why did you let him do that?'' To this God says, ''Who's he going to tell?''

Have a better day!

Don't get yourself down. There are so many people having worst days. My nephew how is 9 yrs old and autistic had a seizure on Tuesday and he is in the hospital. I spoke with him this morning and he told me the funniest thing. He said auntie my bed is comfy and they are very nice to me but I can't eat cuz a head test they have to give me. I asked if there was anything I could do for him and said yes bring me a cheese burger but put it in your purse cuz I can't eat. But make sure it have extra mayo just like I like it. And if it mess up you purse I will get you a new one after my head test. If he can cheer up so can you.
