A Big plastic letter Z, or a Zinc mineral pill, or a toy Zeppelin, or a musical non-bowed string instrument known as a Zither, or a Zenith brand old radio or TV, or a bar of Zest soap, or a bottle of Wishbone Zesty Italian dressing, or a toy Zoo play set, or a picture depicting Zimbabwe Africa, or a picture of an adolescent with a lot of Zits, LOL just kidding, or a Zena doll, or a Zagnut candy bar purchased from a Zephyr gasoline station, or perhaps she'd be allowed to sing Zippity Do Da for her classmates...

Well I guess a zipo lighter would be out of the question. lol. Hmmm....lets see.....She could take pictures taken from the zoo or maybe make a display model of a zoo or draw a picture of a zoo and the different animals. That would be fun! Or how about a zucchini? There is also a flower called a Zinnia. Here is a link about it and a picture.

Thats about all I can think of!

Too bad you don't have a zither - it's like a harp type of instrument that is played with a pick.
How about a wikipedia article with a picture of a Zebu?
How about "zilch" or "zero" (she could hold up nothing! then explain the concept)?
Got a Led Zepplin album? Not sure that would be appropriate. :) How about a model of a blimp and she could explain how they were called Zeppelins?
How about a zucchini? You could get one at the store.
How about something to do with zooplankton? That would be interesting. :) http://drake.marin.k12.ca.us/stuwork/rockwater/PLANKTON/zooplankton.html
If you live near the sea or a large lake, you could have her take a jar of water that might contain zooplankton. :)
Good luck! :)

That's hard - my kids have show and tell but we've never had the Z's.
I think I'd get her to draw a Zebra, unless you have a toy one, and take that in - unless of course you have a spare Zimmer frame handy !
Good luck
