YARDHOUSE RESTAURANT???LOUSY SERVICE in FLORIDA?

WHY MUST THEY PROMOTE SHARING TIPS WITH SERVERS,BUSSERS,BARBACKS, AND FOOD RUNNERS. Must we supplement thier income?? Is this why we have lousy service when we go..?? Waitress feels no need to be effecient???

If the food is crummy and the service is lousy - then stiff them.

If you want to make an impact, leave a note telling the waiter/waitress that the service was lousy and that is why you are stiffing them.

Be sure not to go back because Waitstaff have been documented doing things to people's food.

If you do not complain to either the WS or the management, then they will never have the opportunity to change.

I waited tables and was never offended when I was pennied or stiffed when I know I deserved it.

But, without a note, if you stiff a waiter, they will only think you are cheap.

I did have a few notes (on particularly bad days) and I learned from them.
