How can we stop the meat packing industry from hiring Clandistine Americans?

My guess is, a new law that allows aliens to sue their employer, for not giving them the same wages and benefits as a member of the united auto workers. They would be allowed to stay here while they do this, they just say how long they worked for their employer and that company has to pay them the difference between what a UAW member gets and they did. This would get the lawyers enforcing the laws that the federal governmaent does'nt
