I've got one that has been stuck in my throat for a long time. For the majority of people who don't know, the military had an OLD law, dating back to the 1700's that stated a military person could not receive double pay. That was construed to mean that if the VA gave a military person a disability rating, then that same person could NOT draw retired military pay as well. The law doesn't cover any other federal agency, such as the post office, FBI, anything...just the military. The law was constantly trying to be overturned by congress, yes, both republican and democratic members, but old GW Bush vetoed it each time during his first 4 years in office. Then he finally agreed, just before the war started, in order to get votes for his plan. But, don't give any of it back that was earned previously, and don't give it all back at once. Give it back over a 10 year period...and no the veteran can't claim anything additional on taxes or anywhere else.

There are 2 things:
1. Pushing for an open border with Mexico, and allowing the prosecution of 2 innocent border patrol agents, who were simply doing their job.
2. Allowing the Republicans to become like the Democrats by never vetoing pork laden spending bills.

It's hard to narrow it down to one thing, but I'd say that the war in Iraq stands out above all else. I don't believe a single word the administration has said about this- not one. (Not that they have any credibility on other issues either for that matter.)

Not having the balls to do it right. He should've sent many, many more troops into Iraq to start with.
He needed to set a tone of strength and authority--not sympathy. He is trying to fight a PC war to appease the left--'kinder and gentler' does NOT work with terrorists.
He does not have the balls to investigate and charge the congressional person/s who leaked classified info to the NYTs.
And although he inheirted the immigration problem from many previous administrations lack of action--he should take decisive action and end the problem now--without amnesty.
Sorry-can't choose just one. There are many.

The War on Iraq is the greatest mistake by the Bush administration.
But the way I look at the concept of forgiveness, it's really up to the Iraqi people and the US military to decide whether Bush did them wrong and whether to forgive him and his administration.

Iraq war and the loss of so many US soldiers and the loss of an incredible amount of innocent Iraqis. Not the terrorists, screw them. The innocent men, women and children of Iraq.

Definitely his open-borders stance with Mexico. He's going to turn our economy into a toilet like Mexico's. I support most things he's done, but this pro-illegals thing is wrong.
