Wife says she has blood in her cervical mucus. Its not alot but she is thinking that she may only be having a light period. Soft cramping no pain but discomfort and alot of nausea. It's alittle early but I thought I'd better ask just incase Anyone knew what spotting for pregnancy looked like?

It is very light pink and often mixed with cervical mucus. It only lasts a few hours and doesn't require the use of a pad or tampon--it's very light.

i had spotting in all three of my pregnancies and this is exactally what it is like. You feel cramping like a maybe period, you worry in case you are not pregnant. Tell her to take it easy and try to relax till she can take a test. when confirmed go see the Dr. they will confirm its noormal and reassure her!!
