I am just not sure because I heard about different Voltage ratings, the exact PSU model is ULTRA-QUIET PSU: SILENCER® 750 QUAD from PC Power & Cooling. You can't buy them in the UK so I am thinking of getting it from the USA.

Yes, most ATX power supplies have a selector on the back which lets you choose 110 or 220 volts. You'll just need the right adapter to plug your PSU into the wall.

If the appliance does not have any way to adapt to 220 volts, you need to purchase an adapter.
They're not very expensive.

Many PS have dual settings - just check to see if this one has the user select switch on it.
