do looks really matter to you guys? if so what do you like? whats the ratio for looks to personality? i personally htink personality should be the most important and the most attractive attribute but guys seem not to see that. i hate it if a guy just likes a girls body. please answer. thanx

Men are visual creatures. We can't help it, we are wired that way. All things being equal, personality is certainly a tie-breaker.
I agree it gets pathetic at times, seeing a guy fall for a good looking girl, only to have her treat him badly. After a while and a little maturity, some of us come around.
As for my taste in women,oddly enough I do not have a type. If your were to line up pictures of women I have dated, including my current girlfriend, none of them would look alike. This is where personality comes in.
As for your ratio question, the older I get the more personality comes into the equation.

For most guys, looks are an initial attractor, but not why we stay with a woman. Things like cooking skills, sex and personality are more important for most guys, at least the ones worth having.

I think "looks" are a higher priority for guys than they are for women. When you get right down to it, I think girls would have much fewer options if they valued looks more than other things.
